1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation, hire, and use of transportation services provided by VIP Travels Sri Lanka, headquartered at Katunayake and Negombo. By submitting a booking request or engaging our chauffeur services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Booking Requests & Confirmation
Submitting a reservation request via this website or WhatsApp generates an initial “Booking Request Received” status. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, flight timing verification with the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) desk, and chauffeur assignment. Formal confirmation is issued upon concierge verification.
3. Pricing & Extra Kilometers
Quotations are provided in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) with indicative conversions in USD/EUR. Unless specified otherwise in your formal quotation, daily rates include chauffeur service within agreed hour and kilometer limits. Any excess mileage or additional operating hours will be billed at the standard rates indicated on your confirmed voucher.
4. Chauffeur & Passenger Safety
All VIP Travels vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Passengers are required to adhere to Sri Lankan seatbelt regulations. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to decline travel on routes deemed unsafe due to extreme weather or landslides.
