These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VIP Travels' services, including our website (viptravels.lk), cab service, rent-a-car service, wedding car service, tours, air ticket service, and our mobile applications for users and drivers (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
1. Eligibility

- Drivers must hold a valid driving license and meet our verification requirements.
- By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
- All activities that occur under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of Services

- Prices may vary depending on service type, location, time, and availability.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra mileage, tolls, or changes in booking details.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Users may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
- VIP Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or driver unavailability. In such cases, users will be notified and refunded where applicable.
6. Driver and Passenger Responsibilities
- Drivers must comply with all traffic rules, maintain proper conduct, and keep vehicles in roadworthy condition.
- Passengers must behave respectfully, avoid damage to vehicles, and comply with safety instructions.
- VIP Travels is not responsible for disputes between drivers and passengers, but we encourage reporting issues to our support team.
7. Service Limitations
- We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
