Day 1 : Airport Pick-up & Transfer to Trincomalee Warm welcome by Driver at Bandaranayake International Airport Meet your professional driver and begin the scenic drive to Trincomalee. Check-in at your hotel and relax after the journey. Optional: Visit Trincomalee town for a relaxed evening stroll
Day 2 : Explore Trincomalee & Nilaveli Morning visit to the Koneswaram Temple, perched on a cliff with stunning ocean views. Explore the Fort Frederick and its historical significance. Afternoon relaxation at Nilaveli Beach, famous for its white sands and calm waters. Optional: Go on a boat tour to Pigeon Island for snorkeling
Day 3 : Trincomalee to Sigiriya Depart for Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress and climb to the top for breathtaking views. Day 4 : Sigiriya to Kandy Travel to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. En route, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple,filled with Buddha statues and murals. In Kandy, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most important Buddhist temples in the world. Evening: Enjoy a traditional Kandyan cultural dance show. Day 5 : Explore Kandy Take a stroll around the Kandy Lake. Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, home to a variety of tropical plants and trees. Explore the Kandy Market for local crafts and souvenirs.
Day 6: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya - Scenic drive to Nuwara Eliya, often called "Little England" for its colonial charm. Stop at a tea plantation en route to learn about Sri Lankan tea production and sample fresh Ceylon tea. Visit Lake Gregory for a leisurely boat ride or simply enjoy the cool climate. Day 7 : Nuwara Eliya to Ella Travel to the picturesque town of Ella, passing through lush tea plantations and misty mountains. Visit the Ravana Falls and take in the natural beauty. Optional: Hike up to Little Adam's Peak for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes. Day 8 : Ella to Mirissa - Start the year with a scenic drive from Ella to the beachside town of Mirissa. Check-in to your beachside accommodation and relax. Optional: Visit Coconut Tree Hill for sunset views over the Indian Ocean.
Day 9 : Whale Watching in Mirissa Early morning whale-watching tour (depending on weather conditions), where you may see blue whales, dolphins, and more. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at Mirissa Beach or exploring local cafes and shops.
Day 10 : Mirissa to Weligama Short drive to Weligama, a popular surf town. Morning surf lessons or simply relax on the beach. Visit Taprobane Island, accessible by foot at low tide. - Explore Weligama Bay for stunning coastal views.
Day 11 : Weligama to Colombo Depart for Colombo, Sri Lanka's bustling capital city. Visit iconic landmarks like the Gangaramaya Temple, Galle Face Green, and Independence Square. Evening: Explore Colombo's vibrant nightlife or enjoy a relaxing dinner at a seaside restaurant.
Day 12 : Departure & Airport Drop-off Depending on your flight time, you can do some last-minute shopping at Colombo’s Odel or Crescat Boulevard. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure.
